Our client is a well established boutique specialist law firm conveniently located in the Melbourne CBD with a strong reputation for their building and construction expertise.  They are now able to offer a tremendous career opportunity for an 2-4 year PAE lawyer who is keen to focus & further develop their profile in Building/Construction law.  

About the role...
Working closely with highly experienced Partner(s)/colleagues you will receive strong mentoring and have the opportunity to work on a wide range of construction matters, both front and back end, for a range of quality clients including construction companies; developers; contractors and work collaboratively as part of a team on the larger, more complex matters. 

Our client is also open to candidates  at 2-4 plus years' post admission   with a broader background in commercial/litigation/property law, who have a genuine interest in focusing on building and construction law.

About you...
Ideally, desired candidates will have:-

• 2-4 plus years' PAE experience 
• A strong background and proven experience in either construction law, commercial, property &/or litigation;
• Ability to manage smaller matters (with guidance of a Partner) and play a key role on larger, more complex files;
• Strong drive, initiative and ability to effectively manage competing priorities;
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills;
• Ability to contribute experience & guidance to those less experienced within the team.
