A new and rare opportunity has arisen for a 4-6 year PAE   Corporate and Commercial Lawyer  to join a professional & collaborative  Corporate & Commercial practice group . Working closely with  very approachable Partners  and more broadly across the corporate practice, our client is seeking a motivated and committed individual to provide strong ‘client delighting’ experience whilst working with key internal and external stakeholders.

About this role...
Joining a stable team of  high performance Lawyers  with extensive  expertise in corporate commercial matters , this role will offer 'hands on' involvement with key clients with a focus on:- 

• Mergers and acquisitions;
• Corporate governance, Corporate advisory and Corporations Act;
• Capital raising & equity;
• Drafting relating to a variety of transactional matters (including sale and purchase agreements, contracts, asset sale agreements, shareholder agreements, supply and distribution agreements and joint venture agreements) minutes, resolutions etc.;
• Competition & regulatory advice (ACCC, FIRB, ACL etc.);
• Working on commercial contracts.
