Property Lawyer (6 years + PAE) | Full or Part-time

Fantastic career role now available with a well-known & established Commercial law firm based in the Eastern Suburbs with an enviable, high quality/profile clientele and all the support/resources you would expect to find at any reputable medium sized law firm.

Owing to their  continued success & sustained growth,  they are now looking for a  Property lawyer, either on a full or part time (3 or 4 days p/w) basis,  who is experienced in handling a broad range of property matters, including leasing and conveyancing.

About this role...
This role will involve providing timely, commercially astute and strategic advice to a high quality clientele to deliver their desired outcomes. Working with a range of clients from landlords and tenants to high-end premium developers & corporations, typically requiring advice & strategies with a good mix of work; Leasing (including retail, industrial and commercial for landlords and tenants), Property Due Diligence, Commercial, Industrial & Residential Property Sales/Purchases.

Suitable candidates...

• Our client is looking for someone who has proven experience and expertise in all aspects of Property work;
• Strong drafting skills in lease agreements etc;
