About the role...
They now have a great opportunity for a motivated Receptionist/Assistant to join their team. Providing comprehensive support to ensure day-to-day operations of the firm and assisting the Practice Manager, you will have a deep understanding of client service requirements.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:-
- Meet & greet clients
- Taking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate with enquiries
- Control of admin email account
- Diary management
- Correspondence management
- Respond to website enquiries
- Complete client intake form
- Arranging appointments
- Payment processing
- General administrative tasks as required
Skills and experience we'd love...
The successful candidate will have previous experience providing professional customer/client services ,
as well as:- - Previous law firm experience is highly regarded
- Advanced MS Word and typing skills
- Keen eye for detail and accountability
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent inter-personal skills
