About the role...
Sustained growth & strategic planning now presents this fantastic and rewarding career opportunity for a talented and capable Corporate Commercial Lawyer, with 5+ years PAE,  to take up a key role providing advice/services to a broad range of clients. A very much  'hands on' role,  including direct client contact, you should also enjoy playing a 'mentoring' role to others within this  fast-paced, dynamic & experienced  group! The ideal candidate will have:-

• Extensive drafting expertise eg. complex, funding related agreements, statements etc;
• Strong experience in public M&A and/or capital markets;
• Strong Corporations Act/AXS Listing Rules policy knowledge;
• Complex commercial contract negotiation skills;
• Self-motivated & ambitious, keen to grow profile & practice;
• Enjoys client engagement/networking;
• Outstanding communication;
• Ability to work collaboratively & independently within a team environment.
