This top-tier heavyweight with global reach, is offering an opportunity for an IP & Technology lawyer to join this leading national team.   

Your New Role Joining a highly regarded, market-leading team, you will work on some of the largest, high-profile technology matters for clients across both the private and public sector. This role will see you advise on technology projects and transactions, including business transformation, outsourcing, and managed services.

Experience in technology aspects of large infrastructure projects is highly regarded, and expertise in telecommunications procurement will be a plus.

• 5+ Years PAE with strong experience in technology-related contracts;
• An interest in technology trends and the legal and regulatory issues arising from emerging technologies; and

• Ability to draft clear, concise, correct and commercial advice and documents;
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;
• Outstanding technical and contract drafting skills
